Powell’s Cove Forest Restoration with NYC Parks Stewardship Program

Join CPN as we volunteer to restore some of the forested areas in Powell’s Cove Park, and also learn about the importance of species diversity to ecosystem health! Volunteers will work from 9 am to Noon on Friday, Sept. 4. Meet at the entry on 133rd place and 11th ave. Come dressed in sturdy boots or shoes, long sleeves, long pants, and clothing that can get dirty. Please register here!
